OnePass is a membership program that brings Australia’s favourite brands and partners together to offer you incredible benefits in one place. OnePass offers exclusive benefits across their participating brands, which right now are Target, Kmart, Catch.com.au, Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks.

OnePass are also partnered with Disney offering incredible value on a Disney+ subscription with the OnePass | Disney+ bundle, and Flybuys for 5x Flybuys points when shopping in store at Target. Enjoy free delivery benefits and hours of streaming entertainment!

With a OnePass membership you get access to the following benefits from Target:

• Free delivery with no minimum spend on eligible items
• 5x Flybuys points on in-store purchases

• Express Click & Collect
• 365 day change of mind returns on products purchased at Target

With a OnePass account you get access to the following from OnePass:

• An all-in-one account that provides single sign-on across all participating brands
• Ability to see your activity history if you scan your OnePass Card in-store at Target and Kmart, or when shopping online at Kmart, Target and Catch.com.au when logged in with OnePass

You can upgrade to a membership at any time to access all the benefits of OnePass.

You can sign up to OnePass by visiting target.com.au/onepass, or by scanning a OnePass QR code in any of our Target stores.

Becoming a OnePass member occurs in a three step process – entering account details – verifying your email – starting a OnePass plan. By selecting “Maybe later” or “Continue without member benefits”, you’ve created a OnePass account. At Target this gives you an all-in-one account and activity history, but you don’t get member subscription benefits.

To become a member, visit my.onepass.com.au select a plan and enter your payment information.

OnePass is a membership program that offers a OnePass membership or OnePass | Disney+ bundle subscription to receive specific member benefits. OnePass account holders don’t receive all benefits.

You can upgrade to a membership at any time to access all the benefits of OnePass.

Yes, you can still join OnePass without a smartphone. Simply visit target.com.au/onepass to sign up to OnePass. Once you have completed the sign up, visit your "My Account" screen in your Target online account, to access your OnePass member barcode and any available rewards.

OnePass offers two different free trials;

• a 30 day free trial for the $4 monthly and $40 annual OnePass plans which include free delivery on eligible items or orders from Target, Kmart, Catch.com.au, Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks; and
• a 14-day free trial for the $14.99 OnePass | Disney+ bundle monthly plan which includes free delivery on eligible items or orders from Target, Kmart, Catch.com.au , Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks as well as access to the latest releases on Disney+

Free trials are offered to eligible members* before the first payment applies. Members who are eligible for a free trial can enjoy all the chosen plan’s benefits right away.

*You are eligible for a free trial if you are not an existing member or have previously held a OnePass membership.

OnePass participating brands right now are Target, Kmart, Catch.com.au, Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks. OnePass are also partnered with Disney for the OnePass | Disney+ bundle and Flybuys for 5x Flybuys points when shopping in store at our participating brands.

If you're shopping online: Simply log into target.com.au or the Target App with your activated Target OnePass account to access your benefits. More information about your benefits can be found on target.com.au/onepass.

If you're shopping instore: Simply access your OnePass member barcode from your "My Account" screen in your Target online or app. Scan your OnePass member barcode at the register any time after you have scanned your first item, and before payment.

Once you’ve got an active paid or free trial OnePass subscription membership you are ready to enjoy the benefits at participating brands and partners.

• To enjoy OnePass benefits at Target, you will need to activate your OnePass. You can choose to activate by linking to an existing online account or start fresh using OnePass. Use an existing online account to keep past purchase history; saved delivery and payment details and linked Flybuys account. You can link your OnePass with an existing account in two ways - either through the OnePass website or Target's website.
• Log in to your OnePass account and click ’Activate’ to activate Target. You’ll be taken to Target’s website and prompted to choose between linking an existing online account or start fresh using OnePass.
• While shopping with Target, look out for the OnePass prompts to link your account as an existing subscriber. After you complete the process, you will have access to all of your active benefits with Target.

If you have signed up to the OnePass | Disney+ bundle, make sure you activate your Disney+ account to enjoy all the benefits of your bundle.

You can cancel your membership at any time.

1. Log in to your OnePass account.
2. Go to ‘My membership’
3. Click ‘Cancel membership’

Your cancellation will come into effect at the end of your current billing period. So, with a yearly membership, this cancellation will come in effect for the next year’s billing cycle. If you have a monthly membership, the cancellation will come into effect for the following month.

If there’s time remaining in your billing period, you can continue to enjoy your OnePass benefits until the end of the billing cycle. Please note there are no refunds provided on the remaining portion of your membership when you cancel.

After cancellation of your paid membership, you will continue to be a OnePass account holder. OnePass account holders without a membership don’t have access to all the OnePass benefits but do enjoy an all-in-one account which provides single sign-on across all the brands. You will also still receive OnePass communications, unless you have unsubscribed from our marketing communications.

You can start your membership again at any time.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with OnePass’ Privacy Policy and Collection Statement, including to provide you with personalised communications from OnePass and its participants.

Simply access your OnePass member barcode from your "My Account" screen in your Target app or online. Scan your OnePass member barcode at the register any time after you have scanned your first item, and before payment.

When shopping online, simply log in using your OnePass account details.

If you're having trouble signing up to OnePass instore, or accessing your OnePass, one of our Team Members can direct you to the customer service contact numbers and the teams will be able to assist you.

It’s easy! As a OnePass member, link your Flybuys account with OnePass and scan your linked Flybuys card at the check out to collect 5x Flybuys points on in-store purchases (excludes Catch). The 5x Flybuys points in-store benefit is not available on Target transactions where instant Flybuys points redemption has been used at the time of purchase (including any remaining balance that is payable). This exclusion does not apply to transactions where Flybuys Dollars are redeemed. It’s easy! Just follow these steps:

• Log into your OnePass account at onepass.com.au
• Click on the ‘Link your Flybuys’ prompt on the homepage, you will be taken to the Flybuys page
• Enter your Flybuys log in details
• Click ‘Continue’ to confirm the linkage

You’ll see all your Flybuys points in your Flybuys account within 24 to 72 hours of your purchase (standard points and bonus points may not arrive together). For more information please see onepass.com.au/privacy-hub/terms-and-conditions.

If you have not received all of your points after 72 hours, please contact the Flybuys Customer Service team for help.

Currently, the 5x Flybuys points offer is only available when making purchases in-store at Target.

Suppose you made the purchase today, and you are a OnePass member, you still have up to 11:59pm to link your Flybuys account to OnePass and you will still be awarded the 5x points instead of the standard 1x point. If you have not linked your Flybuys to OnePass on the date of purchase, you will be awarded the standard 1x point per $1 spent.

Events will be held throughout the year and members will be notified prior.

Early access offers at Target may change from time to time. Details of these products and/or offers can be found on www.target.com.au during campaign periods.

Early access is for OnePass members only and cannot be transferred.

Visit your nearest Target store with your receipt, and ensure the product you would like to return has it's original tags and packaging, and has been unworn. Show that you are a OnePass member using your mobile device either via the OnePass Mobile App, or via the web at onepass.com.au

• Disney+, providing you entertainment from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars™, National Geographic and Star, all in one place.
• Free delivery with no minimum spend on eligible items from Target
• 5x Flybuys points on eligible in-store purchases
• 365 day change of mind returns on products purchased at Target
• Early access to great sales, products or services before the public

The OnePass Disney+ bundle is open to new, existing, and returning Disney+ subscribers. You can also join the bundle if you already subscribe to Disney+ via a third party platform partner such as Apple or Google, but you will need to manage your Disney+ subscription directly with the provider.

Don’t worry. You can keep your Disney+ account and all your viewing history. OnePass will just let their friends at Disney know that they’re billing you - set up your Disney+ account with OnePass.

Of course! You can cancel your OnePass Disney+ bundle subscription any time you like. You’ll even be able to access the Disney+ bundle until the end of your billing period.

You will get a 14 day free trial of the $14.99 OnePass | Disney+ bundle monthly plan which includes:

• Free delivery with no minimum spend on eligible items from Target
• 5x Flybuys points on eligible in-store purchases
• 365 day change of mind returns on products purchased from Target
• Early access to great sales, products or services before the public
• Access to the latest releases on Disney+

Sounds pretty good hey?

When the trial ends, $14.99 per month will be deducted and your paid subscription will start. OnePass will send you an email 7 days before the first payment is due, so you know a payment is scheduled.

Customers who are Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are new OnePass subscribers (ie, do not have a current OnePass or Bundle subscription and have not previously had a OnePass or Bundle subscription, whether paid or through a free trial).

Each customer is entitled to one free trial.

Upon redeeming a free trial offer, you will join an auto-renewing subscription of your selected plan. This means that when your free trial ends, your selected payment plan begins automatically and you will be charged at the then-current monthly or annual retail price until cancelled. So whichever option you chose when you first signed up to OnePass (being either the monthly, annual OnePass or monthly OnePass | Disney+ bundle), will kick in then. You’ll receive an email 7 days before the first payment is due, so you know a payment is scheduled.
